We are a small family farm dedicated to growing natural food in a low-impact manner. We don’t use chemical fertilizers, petroleum-based pesticides or GMO plants. We raise gourmet mushrooms, free-range chickens eggs and produce. Our goal is to integrate all of the inputs and outputs in a sustainable manner while creating an enjoyable atmosphere in harmony with nature and mankind.
One way to recyle and reuse is to compost used mushroom blocks or to reuse blocks as substrate for another go-around. Our intent is to provide you, our favorite customer, with fresh, tasty, local food.
