The ‘nearly perfect’ mushroom, thick, tender but meaty and oh so yummy. It lends itself to many different cooking methods. The entire fruit is edible, so there is no waste. Slice and saute. Or you can cube it and lay the mushroom cubes under a roast in your crock pot or oven. A little stock added to the bottom of the pan and then let it cook. Other methods of cooking include using an air fryer. Just spray on some olive oil, add a dash of oil and the the air fryer have its way with the mushrooms. Ding! It is ready.
Store any uncooked mushrooms in the fridge.
