Lion’s Mane

The furry looking mushroom. Looks funny but oh so tasty. It has and intense mushroom flavor with an aftertaste some some liken to lobster. Some people actually make a ‘crab cake’ dish using the Lion’s Mane.

But as tasty as it is, don’t be fooled – this mushroom is highly medicinal as well. It starts with immune system modulation and tops off with NRF – Nerve Regeneration Factor.
